A useful collection plan starts before a vehicle arrives. Tell us what the material is, how much there is and where it is stored. Photographs can help show the scale and condition of a load.
Access is part of the plan. Gates, overhead restrictions, road surfaces, turning space and working hours all affect how a movement can be arranged. Flag anything that may restrict a vehicle or loading operation.
Explain who will load the material, what equipment is available and whether it is loose, bundled or containerised. The proposed vehicle, handling approach, date and commercial terms need to be confirmed before the collection is booked.

Share the usual volume, how frequently it builds up and your operating hours. A suitable arrangement can then be discussed, subject to availability.
Is a collection booked when I send an email?
No. Your email starts the enquiry. A collection is only booked when the arrangements have been confirmed directly.
