Waste transfer is the link between where material is produced and where it can go next. A good transfer plan considers the load as a whole: its composition, how it will be received and the requirements for its next movement.
Our focus is to keep those stages connected. We discuss the material and the proposed route before a movement is arranged, helping avoid uncertainty at collection or delivery.
Acceptance, destination and any required load information need to be agreed for the specific material. Unconfirmed deliveries should never be assumed to be accepted.

Tell us the metal types, whether they are separated or mixed, and anything else included in the load.

How much needs to move?
Give an approximate weight or volume. Clear photographs are useful when a figure is not available.

Where is it located?
Have the collection postcode, vehicle access details and any height or weight restrictions ready.

How will it be loaded?
Explain whether material is loose, bundled or containerised, and what loading equipment is available.

When does it need to move?
Share preferred dates, operating hours and whether you need a one-off or repeat arrangement.
Collection availability, accepted materials and receiving arrangements must be agreed before a movement or delivery.

Can different metals be included in one load?
Describe the mix before arranging a movement. Different metals and any non-metal materials need to be understood so acceptance and handling can be confirmed. Separate types where practical.
What if I do not know the weight?
An approximate volume, dimensions and clear photographs can support the first discussion. Make clear that the figure is an estimate.
Can I bring metal directly to a site?
Only after the receiving location, acceptance and delivery arrangements have been confirmed. This website does not confirm a drop-off location.
Can regular collections be discussed?
Yes. Set out how often material accumulates, the usual quantity and any operating constraints. The proposed schedule and availability can then be discussed.
